Bukit Panjang
Bukit Panjang Town is bounded by Bukit Timah Expressway, Kranji Expressway, Woodlands Road, Upper Bukit Timah Road, Cashew Road and Petir Road. It is sited on the opposite side of Choa Chu Kang Town across Woodlands Road and is accessible through the Bukit Panjang LRT from Choa Chu Kang MRT Station. The LRT goes through a loop with seven convenient stops covering the major part of the town.
It has a total area of 5km2, of which 2km2 are residential area and has a population of 100,000 people.

Accommodation
About 22,500 units of HDB flats can be found within Bukit Panjang with a majority of 4-room flats followed by 5-room. There are also some 2,500 executive type flats.

Facilities and Amenities
There are 3 shopping centers in Bukit Panjang Town. One of which is the Bukit Panjang Plaza. The other two are the Fajar Shopping Centre and Greenridge Shopping center. The Fajar shopping center was named because of its location at the Fajar LRT Station. The shopping centers are a popular spot for people to hangout and do some shopping.
