Bukit Merah Town is at the district 03
and located at southern portion of the island along the stretch of Jalan Bukit Merah
and facing the Sentosa Islands.
It is covers around 900 hectares with 40% used for residential purpose.
The town is served by two MRT station, that is Redhill and Tiong Bahru MRT station.
The famous park is the Mount Faber Park which located along the Henderson Road.
Because of its nearest distance from the city centre,
this is the most expensive estate of resale HDB flat in Sngapore.

Accommodation
The majority of the flats at Bukit Merah
are 4-room and 5-room. There are one of the oldest estate
which has many 3I and 4I HDB flats. It is built since 1970 which the master room doesn't
attached the bathroom. However, the average resale market price is highest price transacted
among other estate in Singapore.
For private residential properties, Tanglin Regency, Tanglin View, Central Green Condo and
Twin Regency are
the more famous high-class condominium
in this area, which located beside Redhill and Tiong Bahru MRT station.
Other high-class condominium are Alessandrea, Jervois Jade, Valley Park Condo, Meirose Park,
Yong Siak CT, Bo Bo Tan Gardens, Teresa Ville, The Pearl, Mount Faber Lodge and etc.

Facilities and Amenities
There are two MRT stations in this district, Redhill, Tiong Bahru MRT station.
The Bukit Merah Community Library and SPRING Singapore are located along the Jalan Bukit Merah.
One of the oldest swimming complex (Delta) can be found about 3 minute walking distance from Redhill MRT station.
The old HDB headquater at Surbana One has been changed to Renovation Mall.
Bukit Merah is easy accessible to central town by Ayer Rajah Expressway(AYE) or Central Expressway (CTE).
